先日、うどん打ち体験教室を行いました。
We performed an experience-based classroom made with udon.

小麦粉と水を混ぜます。そして・・・（省略）・・・
Mix wheat flour and water.
and　etc・・・abbreviation・・・







麺棒で伸ばします。
ここに技術が必要です！
And we thin it with a rolling pin.
Technique is necessary.




まんまるな円形ができました。
There was a circle neatly.

うどんを切る場面です。皆さん一番真剣になる場面です！！
Cutting udon.Everybody very seriously.



ある方の打ったうどんで、うどんのアレンジ料理を披露していただきました。
With noodles of the udon which he cooked, an arrangement udon.


自分でうどんを作って、自分で食べてみてはいかがでしょうか？
You make udon with oneself, and do you want to eat by oneself?
